Great video! great message, good job man. Like you said you’re not hurting anyone. I’ve been doing that myself and I feel relieved actually.
Yeah that sounds pretty similar to the concept of mindfulness. I am just beginning to learn about it … involves stopping to live in the present moment. It feels really good sometimes. But it’s like, you just appreciate wherever you are at that moment, and whatever you are. It’s good.
I know Thoreau wrote about it in Walden.
@benGO94 yeah it sounds kind of corny and self centered but i could either take the road of loving myself and have a more social and happy life or choose the road of limitation. today i went out to a convention that a couldn’t pass up because if you love yourself these are some of the things that have to do. the after affect of being social is great because i’am starting to feel less and less self concious in social situaiton and my confidence is growing more and more everyday.
yes, i’ve just realised that i think people look down on me which make it harder for me to love myself
what i’ve realised is that some of them are trying to be understanding but definitely get the wrong idea of how to treat me cause they think i don’t want to socialise but i do
maybe i should love myself more
Hey will you go with me to the Del Mar Fair?
So glad to hear this… Loving yourself is what it’s all about
