Looking for a way to sell a self-help book I am writing?

I am writing a self-help book on depression, I would like to sell it to a publisher or another group but I do not want to have to pay a lot of money to get the book published, actually I don’t really want to pay anything at all.

But I am willing to change the writing in my book to suit the buyers needs and be flexible in my delivery.

A self help book for adults who have dysfunctional families?

I have a VERY dysfunctional family. Name the problem and we’ve got it, but for the most part I think I turned out “normal”. I feel afraid that my upbringing is eventually going to potentially hurt me when I start a family though, and most importantly hurt them. I want to find a book to help me cope with my family and to help me learn how to deal with the lasting effects that may be invisible now but might show up in the future

Any good self help books about living life up?

Looking for a recommendation on a self help book on living up to your fullest potential, or enjoying life in spite of stress and depression. I’m not usually a self help kinda girl but lately being in grad school, working full time as an engineer, and not having a social network around has put me into a funk and I want to get myself out of this depressive rut I have been in lately.

Thank you!!!

What are some philosophies, supports groups, self help methods, etc that can help me make lasting change?

I want to be more discilined, less inclined to give in to depression and laziness, and more willing every day to give it 100% so that I can be a great person and make a contribution to the world.
I’m not after fame, just the tools to be a strong, independent, self motivated, and most importantly loving and respected person.

Any suggstions on methods of structuring your life or of guiding your life are welcome, just throw them out there. Thanks!
