New homeowner Lester Bailey built his own home through USDA’s Self Help Housing Program. Even though he’s on a fixed income, he has an affordable house payment through USDA’s Direct Home Loan Program. Administrator Trevino toured the home with Mr. Bailey.

The late Judy Garland is just one of the personas Liz Vincent has encountered while assisting her clients as a hypnotherapist and past life regression specialist.

Sometimes people tune into the lives of famous people. Often, when you ask them to really step back and look, sense and feel the body they are in, their perspective changes, and they are more likely to personally know or at least know of the celebrity, says Vincent.
