    wow i just whent into this wierd trance everythingin my mind went white and i just felt really peachfull and everytime i breathed it felth like i was being blown up with energy thanks man it was amzing

    You might want to make sure you’re diet doesn’t include caffeine, sugar, or anything that converts to sugar such as starches. You could benefit from the meditation on letting go of struggle.
