    a lot of it is about changing ur mind set and helping urself. by the sounds of it ur having a real shit time of things, but u have to look past it and onto the other aspects in life, until ur ready to do that, ur not guna progress.

    I think the method makes sense – however all drugs have side effects and some people can overcome their depression without medication. Counseling and support mean so much, and also writing down your thoughts, as well as your positives and negatives. Trying to be positive helps also, because when all you do is dwell on your depression, your world becomes smaller and smaller. I’ve been there and my heart goes out to everyone battling this monster.
