It’s nice to watch a video of somebody who talks about having overcome social anxiety and has some pep in their voice. I am overcoming social anxiety and can tell you that watching videos of social phobics depressingly list their problems can get quite addicting, but it is not healthy to watch. I’ve found that focusing on the hopeful faces of people that are making progress out of social phobia is more encouraging to me and beneficial for us in the long run.
