Im looking for a book: How to motivate yourself to read those self-help motivation books?
Its may be a joke… but an oh so true one. It takes motivation to change… and if a lack of motivation is your problem, what do you do?
Which self-help books are your favorite for regular people?

I have looked through many website to find books on self help. Although Amazon has a large selections of books, I am not looking to buying a physical product. How do I find the best self help books out there that you don’t have to buy as a physical product?

Any good self help books about living life up?
Looking for a recommendation on a self help book on living up to your fullest potential, or enjoying life in spite of stress and depression. I’m not usually a self help kinda girl but lately being in grad school, working full time as an engineer, and not having a social network around has put me into a funk and I want to get myself out of this depressive rut I have been in lately.
