Name of a self help book about a woman who improved her life through taking advice from magazines?

I saw this book in Borders a few months ago — it was a self-help or self-improvement book and the premise was that the author started taking advice from magazines and completely turned her life around.

Anybody know what it’s called?? I can’t remember and I can’t find it! Thanks!
